The nose opens
with classic aromas of pretty, candied Pinot Noir, as well as a
delicate fragrance of black tea and cardamom, overlaid with aged
brandy. The sip features a caramel entry and spice box flavors
including sandalwood, bergamot, cardamom, vanilla and a hint of
anise. Bright fruit flavors of sweet cherry, plum and violet play a
balanced contrast to the earthy spices, leading into a rich,
tingling finish.
